Private tuition is known to be a highly effective way to learn, which is why we encourage all students to take up individual lessons with a team of carefully selected tutors. These one-on-one lessons allow the tutor to devote his/her full attention to the individual student and focus on the student’s particular study or career objectives. The tutor will adapt the course to the student’s precise level, concentrating on the student’s individual linguistic needs and addressing the student’s particular areas for improvement.

Learning through private tuition also has the following advantages:

• the student can learn at his or her own pace
• tutors are able to focus on areas of difficulty and skim over areas in which the student is already well practised
